An end-of-year, pre-holiday mental reset exploring the ancient Greek philosopher you wish you’d heard of: Heraclitus. What does it actually mean to “know thyself?” What can we learn from this timeless ancient wisdom, and why is it the perfect material to explore as we approach a new year?

This experiential workshop will explore ways to “Know Thyself” to live from a more honest and authentic place, inspired by Heraclitus’ Fragments. Expect to explore connections between Western and Eastern modalities, including where The Tao and The Fragments intersect. There’s a reason these texts have captivated minds for millennia! We’ll also meditate, and you’ll walk away with journaling prompts.
